What Is The Processing Period?
All orders placed on our website will undergo a 2-business-day processing period. During this time, we will confirm your order details, product availability, address any shipping questions, provide recommendations, and more. Changes and refunds may be requested and processed during this initial period. Once your order details have been verified and approved by you, your order will be queued for production. Please note that, due to the custom nature of your solution, changes and refunds will not be available after your order details have been approved.
What Is The Turnaround & Build Time?
Due to the custom nature of your solution, our production team requires a specific turnaround time to complete your order. Turnaround times may be subject to change, but we are committed to ensuring your order is completed within the expected time frame. If, for any reason, your order's turnaround time is expected to exceed the initial estimate, we will promptly contact you with updates regarding your order status.
Current turnaround times for our solutions are as follows:

How Do You Handle Shipping?
All completed orders are typically shipped on Fridays, unless that Friday coincides with a holiday. In the event that Friday falls on a holiday, completed orders will be shipped the preceding Thursday. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends or holidays.
In cases of high order volumes, there may be slight delays in shipments. We kindly ask for your understanding and suggest allowing for additional transit days for your delivery. Should a significant delay in the shipment of your order occur, rest assured that we will contact you promptly.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided on our checkout page. Please be aware that the displayed delivery estimate is for reference purposes and is not guaranteed. Occasionally, delivery delays can occur.
Once your order has been shipped, we will furnish you with a tracking number. Your order will be dispatched via the carrier option you selected during checkout, and please be prepared for a direct signature requirement upon delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the provided tracking number to become active.
TruckBass.com cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.
Can I Make Changes Or Custom Requests?
Changes are allowed during the 2-business-day processing period. However, after this processing period or once your build details have been verified, no further changes can be made, without exception.

At this time, one-off builds are not offered. However, we are committed to continuously updating our catalog to provide solutions for the most popular trucks in the industry while considering our customers' requests.
What Is The Warranty?
Truckbass.com enclosures are warranted to be free from defects in materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, the cost of removing the enclosure, or shipping costs for returning the product. Damages caused by misuse, installation errors, modification, neglect, or similar reasons are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, cosmetic damage resulting from accidents or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Please be aware that warranty claims will not be accepted based on anticipated performance of your enclosure or solution, without exceptions.
This warranty is non-transferable and exclusively applies to the original purchaser of the product.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us at (208) 534-6125 to initiate the return authorization process. Any products shipped to us without a return authorization number will be refused.
For products purchased from our website, warranty claims should be directed to the product's manufacturer. The original manufacturer's warranty applies, and all warranty-related matters must be handled by the product's manufacturer, not by TruckBass.com.
What If I Don't See My Vehicle Listed?
If you do not see your truck listed on our website, it means that we do not currently offer a solution for that specific truck. We are committed to regularly updating our catalog to provide solutions for the industry's most popular trucks, considering our customers' requests.
