If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TruckBass, 301 Dividend Drive, Rexburg, ID 83440

"Solutions" refers to the loaded enclosure including the enclosure itself and the subwoofers that are loaded in to it.

“Goods” refers to a product that is sold individually and not part of a Solution sold from Our Service.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Service” refers to the Website.

“Website” refers to Truckbass, accessible from https://www.truckbass.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 business hours without giving any reason for doing so.

 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 business hours from the date on which You Ordered the Goods.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which You cancel Your Order We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

Solutions:

Because Solutions are built to your specifications they are not returnable.

When You order a solution it will be placed on a hold of 48 business hours for Us to verify the details with You.

Once the details are verified your solution will be built to your specifications are cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded due to the custom nature of the solution.

 

Goods:

 

Goods can be returned returned under the following conditions:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
The Goods are in the original packaging.

A 20% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all returns.


The following Goods cannot be returned:

The Goods show unreasonable wear, including scratches, discoloration, etc...

The Goods are missing parts, packing materials, owners guides, not complete, etc...

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

Before returning Goods, You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

In order to exercise Your return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing times

All Orders are shipped on Friday, unless Friday falls on a holiday, then Orders will be shipped on Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TruckBass ships to addresses within the lower 48 U.S.

TruckBass does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Information


All completed orders are shipped on Fridays, unless that Friday happens to fall on a holiday.  If Friday does happen to fall on a holiday then completed orders will be shipped the day before on Thursday.  We do not ship completed orders on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided on our checkout page.  The delivery estimate displayed is for your reference only and is not guaranteed.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.  Your order will be shipped via the carrier option you selected at checkout.  A direct signature will be required for all deliveries.  Please allow up to 24 hours for the provided tracking number to be active.

TruckBass.com is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.  If your order is not received or received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

TruckBass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

 

Damages

 

TruckBass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
