Thank you for shopping at TruckBass.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions:

  • "Company" ("We," "Us," "Our") refers to TruckBass, 301 Dividend Drive, Rexburg, ID 83440.

  • "Solutions" refers to a custom-built subwoofer enclosure (sub-box), including the enclosure itself and any products preloaded into the enclosure, such as subwoofers and amplifiers.

  • "Goods" are individual products not part of a Solution.

  • "Orders" means a request to purchase Goods from Us.

  • "Service" refers to the Website.

  • "Website" refers to TruckBass.com.

  • "You" refers to the individual or legal entity using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

 

You may cancel your order within 2 Business Days from the time of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us via:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. If a refund is issued, payment processing fees collected by credit card or PayPal processors are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued minus these fees, as they are not returned to us.

Return Policy

Solutions (Custom-Built Products)

​

  • Solutions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Orders are placed on a 2-business day hold for verification.

  • Once verified, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

 

Goods (Non-Custom Products)

​

You may return eligible Goods within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

​

The following Goods cannot be returned:

​

  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Perishable or time-sensitive products.

  • Items unsealed for hygiene or health reasons.

  • Goods that have been mixed with other items and cannot be separated.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Before returning any Goods, you must request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us via:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

"Solutions" refers to the loaded enclosure including the enclosure itself and the subwoofers that are loaded in to it.

“Goods” refers to a product that is sold individually and not part of a Solution sold from Our Service.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Service” refers to the Website.

“Website” refers to Truckbass, accessible from https://www.truckbass.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing times

​

All Orders are shipped on Friday, unless Friday falls on a holiday, then Orders will be shipped on Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

​

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

​

TruckBass ships to addresses within the lower 48 U.S.

TruckBass does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Information


All completed orders are shipped on Fridays, unless that Friday happens to fall on a holiday.  If Friday does happen to fall on a holiday then completed orders will be shipped the day before on Thursday.  We do not ship completed orders on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided on our checkout page.  The delivery estimate displayed is for your reference only and is not guaranteed.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.  Your order will be shipped via the carrier option you selected at checkout.  A direct signature will be required for all deliveries.  Please allow up to 24 hours for the provided tracking number to be active.

TruckBass.com is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.  If your order is not received or received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

TruckBass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

 

TruckBass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
